Works exactly as described in my 2010 GMC Sierra bed side rail slots. You just pop out the plastic covers and these go right in. Be cautious not to over tighten the screw.

A truly great idea. Easy to install, unobtrusive, and work very well. Care should be taken not to overtighten the bolt that holds the tie down in place. I found out the hard way and needed to order another set of tie downs to replace the one I broke.

These tie down anchors work well for moderate loads (not heavy duty). Nice to have extra tie down points in my truck bed. DO NOT over tighten bolt when installing them, the anchor will crack.
