recieved quickly but not as heavy as I thought it would be

This fit very nicely on my 2010 Dodge Ram 1500. Sticks on to the plastic with double sided sticky tape. It does look good by isn't as thick of aluminum as I thought it would be. I may also have to use screws to attach it but we will see. so far so good.

A Flimsy piece of trash you can put on top of Dodge garbage from the factory

if you want some flimsy metal to put over the plastic tailgate protector from Dodge this is your item. This is flimsy, very thin metal and is trash that you could put over the garbage Dodge provides on a "Ram tough" truck. So IMHO as as I saw this is trash you could put over garbage with a single piece of double stick tape.
Just wish I could rate this as less than one star.

Wrong part

...and in no way resembled the picture accompanying the product page. Ordedred for a Chevy; when it arrived, the box identified it as usable on a Dodge.Not even close. Returned it.
