This is a good product with some very minor flaws. Overall I'm very pleased, these tie downs are fairly strong and after some minor work before installing them they went in fine.
Ok the minor fix was I had to clean out the threads on the rear part of the tie down. The way the tie down works is it sandwiches the bed. The back piece is threaded with a bolt on the front side, the threads on all four tie down clamps were full of paint. Wasn't a big deal since I have a full set of taps. Could be an issue for people that don't have the appropriate tools to clean out the threads.
Second problem I saw is just of my own preference. I would have liked to see a bigger clamp on the back piece (piece that is threaded) I feel that if it was longer it would allow for much more pulling pressure to be applied to to the tie down.
I really do like these tie downs, they move anchoring points for tying loads up higher, which is a huge help if you have a full size Sierra or Silverado. These trucks sit higher off the ground than before and the four tie spots that come in the truck are not all that great. These tie downs allow for many more tie off locations in the bed, I bought two sets and I'm thinking of buying two or three more sets. In the Sierra and Silverado there are 9 spots where the anchors can be placed. Hope this helps anybody on the fence about these tie downs, well worth the money for them.

I like them. They were easy to install and they fit perfectly. I only wish they collapsed when not being used.
